The American Gaming Association announced that Geoff Freeman is currently stepping down from his leadership job in August. Freeman racked up several important victories and took the flashlight from Fahrenkopf. Under Freeman, connections between industrial and tribal gambling have significantly grown by leaps and bounds. In 2015 the 2 groups started hashing out their differences. The greatest thing this year, to come from G2E needs to be the dinner involving NIGA & the AGA. Also a meeting of some kind was a significant deal, but this sort of engagement was difficult to imagine, although it may not seem like much. Freeman and National Indian Gaming Association Chairman Ernie Stevens give keynote speeches discuss their strengthening connection and where they praise one another.
